A Cracking Good Deal On Aircon Servicing
10 Answers
My lovely Mazda 3 MPS (the madnutterturbo model) decided that its aircon was no longer going to function.
Quotes to "have a look" were all about £100 or so - plus any 'consumables'.
So I took it to my (very) friendly local F1 Autocentre, who were advertising a £39 re-gas - with no charge if they couldn't 'make it colder'.
Took about 20 minutes : drained all old fluids, did a vacuum test, pumped in some new refrigerant/lubricant/dye and Bob's your mother's brother.
Happy dave now has frosted nuts again.
I cannot recommend these people highly enough - I use them for tyres/tracking and fixed price servicing too.
I don't know if all branches are as good, but I can't fault either Leicester/Wigston or Rugby.
