Android Game/app Suggestions Please.

Does anyone have any good suggestions for mobile apps on the android platform? I currently only have 4 or 5 which I bother playing or using regularly, which are Wordfeud, Bubble Witch, Trap, Angry Birds and a couple of news apps.

Any other suggestions would be appreciated, just something fun that can be picked up and put down again when there's time to kill.

Play Store is full of them; just browse.

There are some good Sudoko Free apps, I used to like Unblock Me free too. App of the Day is ok, but is mainly games. Swift key is worth considering. Plenty of Science News type apps. You can get Malwarebytes. Radio Station apps. Battery Savers and suchlike. Loads. Just watch out for the permissions, most seem to push their luck.

As I see this is in the games forum, so you are more interested in games than apps. In which case half my previous post can be ignored.

Thanks for those suggestions I'll check them out. Old Geezer, I know it's full of them and that is the problem, it's very difficult to find the hidden gems.

I play very few games on the mobile. I figure I have a large screen PC for that, I think anything other than basic mental type puzzles would be too frustrating in 2"x3½"

I play QuizUp and Pocket Mine, a bit hooked on Pocket Mine at the moment to be honest. I also play Coin Dozer which is a bit mindless but I enjoy it now and again.
Smash Hits is great but it kept freezing on me, I had to delete it and download it again, twice, so gave up. I may give it another go though..

When I looked up Smash Hit I realised I'd had it before and it just didn't keep me hooked. The reviews of Monumental Valley make it sound very short ie an hour and it's finished. Also not fussed on Bejewled as you just play the same level over and over for one minute. Going to try Pocket Mine now, it looks like Boulder Dash from a few years back does it. Thanks again for the suggestions.
