thank you, slapshot
what's a 'cross over? And why do they work?
Well, that's ok then. At least you're working. Welcome back and belated Happy Birthday. I wasn't around on Saturday.
A cross over is when a character from one programme etc. appears in another.

Eg. Lilleth from Cheers appeared in Frasier

Good to see you, excel xx
Lileth from Cheers is not the best example because Cheers and Frasier are linked.
It's more like ET driving the spaceship in Independence day.
It's a character from one film appearing in another of the same genre, sometimes with Brilliant results.
I love this image.
Tuvok -thanks - what is he crossing over into (sorry but only know him from Star Trek)
The light saber is from Star Wars Retrochic
Don't know, or care, what he is crossing over into - it's Mr. Spock! My teenage heart (still in there) gave a big lurch!
You fancied him?
One less in the queue to get to Robert Downey Jnr then!
Like you jourdain, the lovely Spock
Yup! It's always been Mr. Spock. I once won a prize for writing a short poem about him. Who, by the way is Robert Downey Jnr. (Not being sarky, I honestly don't know.)
