The Km Links Game - December Week 1 Results

Good morning everyone - mad Monday in the seekeerz' house today so things going off in all directions, with the added 'bonus' (?) of a cat hiding behind the laptop and ambushing my hands every so often ( with claws out !!)

Well Kate ambushed us too, which made for a fairly quiet start for this month -

As usual, I paid out on the various forms for Ghost Write, and several players collected three points for two correct matches and a goodly number picked up a point but all in all a pretty quiet way to begin.

But no cause for dismay, there's always next Saturday, when we'll reconvene for another stab at scoring more points ... till then stay safe and warm ....skz

Good morning - I am a bit confused (nothing unusual) I joined in for the first time this month assuming the point was to get the most unusual answer. Now I am not so sure can somebody explain please.

Margo - Hi and you're very welcome - the idea is to guess what the link words will be from the Herculis which comes out on Monday.

Much as I'd love to judge this game on the merits of the best or most unusual answer, can you imagine how I'd get away with that without being lynched ?? even from as far away as I am.

Briefly, the words used come from the DT GK crossword, set by Kate Mepham on Saturday, then we try to predict her matches, and then I score accordingly.

It's just a bit of fun and I do hope you continue to join in.
