Keep Getting Calls From Numbers Ending In '027': How Can I Stop Them?

I keep getting missed calls from numbers ending in the digits '027'. From what I can see these are all PPI numbers coming from foreign countries. When one answers there is never anyone there, just a beep.

The amount of calls I am getting is increasing and they keep coming from different numbers. Does anyone knows what can be done to stop these coming through?

All my nuisance calls have stopped. Only had one in two weeks. Yet used to have up to twenty a day. Never answered them, if the number looked iffy or was withheld I just ignored it. Didn't even switch it off. I've not done anything recently to stop it, it just happen after announcement there would be a clamp down on them. It worked for me thankfully.
