It seems pretty obvious that most of the so called celebrity in the quiz are fed the answers. I would think that even Kevin Ashman would not know most the answers yet the so called celebs trot out the answer.

That is my opinion as well. Most of the so-called "celebrities" are famous only for being famous. Admittedly some of them are quite knowledgeable but I am always under the impression that the questions are dumbed down even on the celebrity versions of University Challenge and Mastermind. ( I could be proved wrong later! ) I am also under the impression that some of the chasers deliberately get things wrong on celebrity editions of "The Chase".

i did notice that they have sheets of paper on the desks so chances are they have the answers on them

I'm not sure the questions on last nights University Challenge were dumbed down but hen I'm not as bright as you lot obviously are, but then I look on it as entertainment and don't watch anything I know I'm not going to enjoy.
