The question in what is the next letter in the sequence.

c - e for eleven counting back from sixteen?

I expect c is meant to be O (as in six five four three two one), but at any rate it's meant to be counting backwards.

As Victoria was a queen she may have been omitted; the rest are kings.

I'd agree with E for Elizabeth for b - all past kings (Queen Victoria not included).

As for C, if it is counting, it could be one of several answers:
1. Counting backwards from 16, gives the letter E for 11.
2. Counting backwards from 6, gives the answer O for 1.
3. Counting backwards in tens from 60, gives the answer T for 10.

If Victoria is excluded for being a queen then surely so should be Elizabeth, leaving the answer as C for Charles.
