I may have lost the plot, but I thought I heard on the news yesterday that some drummer of some old group had died, but cannot for the life of remember who he was or what group? Can anyone tell me?

thank you all so much, I knew I wasn't losing the plot!!!
For future reference Neti, I found that out by putting "drummer" and "dead" into Google - it was the first answer.

Remember that you can restrict Google to specific date ranges. Simply search as normal and then click on 'Search tools' and then on the little arrowhead next to 'Any time'. You can then select from 'Past hour', 'Past 24 hours', 'Past week', etc, or select your own date range.
