1. soft indian coin, over the top in calcium

I want to thank you all very much for the answers. Main Course 2 - this will be Macaroni Cheese. According to my Chambers Dictionary - cheese is a receptacle of a thistle head. One learns something new every day. I have also learned today that I should dine out more in order to study menus. Thanks a bunch!!
