All the teams in the country have broken the rules at some stage, in fact every player dishonours the game every time they go on the pitch. Why single out one club?

Am I right in thinking it was Senegal who raised the issue as West Ham said he was injured and couldn't play in the Africa Cup of Nations only to see him come on as a sub and score the winner against Bristol City?

£71k fine is nothing to them, West Ham should be kicked out and Bristol City take their place in the next round
