A named variety such as golden delicious or coxes is then grafted onto the "seedling. Get a good book on propagation and it'll tell you how to do it....it's very rewarding. Or you could always grow them from a pip and bonsai them. I have some 10 year old "pips" that are shaping up nicely as bonsai. Good luck |
