Help To Find The Measure Of Angle A And Initial Equation To Set Up Unknown. Please

Will you help me to show me with steps please.

Milton wants to draw a triangle such that side a is across from angle A, side b is across from angle B and side c is across from angle C.

He wants side a to be 4 inches, side b to be 2 inches and angle B to be 50 degrees.

What will be measure of angle A in Milton's diagram if he draws it exactly?

Show at least the initial equations you set-up to find the unknowns.

Again, simple sine/cosine/tangent use.

Draw out the rough sketch, mark the sides and angles, then use your knowledge of sines and cosines and how they relate to the triangle sides to calculate the unknowns.

you will need the cos formula for this one I think

that is the one: a2 = b2 +c2 - 2bccosA

AND a diagram

and then plug in the values....

state the sine rule
and if you say:"what's that?' then you ARE in trouble

Well I also reckon that it's the sine rule. However those measurements seem to be impossible anyway as
(a) I can't draw it ; and
(b) the sine rule seems to require an angle to have a sine of greater than 1.

Check the question carefully, LA!
