One Across

It's still out of service. Anybody have any idea why?. It's been down since last friday. What's the longest time it's been out of action?.I can't find any other site similar to it.

its my favourite site for the sat gk xword tgraph - its been down before - sometimes you can get to it through allwords I think - it makes life hard when its not there!

I dont know what kind of site one across is, but a great site for xword help is www.chambersharrap.com.  Click on word wizards and it will help with annagrams and missing letters etc.

Your certainly right suewh. I use it a lot but there simply isn't another site where you can input the whole of the clue and get a list of anwers. I have tried One Look, which is probably the nearest thing to One Across, but there is no comparision and I really miss it.
