What it can do is become addictive causing you to miss out on real life, and one day you wake up to this fact, look in the mirror, and realise in the intervening years your hair has turned white and you've developed wrinkles, and regret having missed out on loads of things.

No matter how much you enjoy some things, develop the discipline to limit time on each so you make the most of your life.
