Are there any B&Bs in these areas with a view of the harbour or sea? Thanks all

Poole is a good choice,

Christchurch, which is not too far away is also quite nice, and quite lively with lots of eateries.

Have you been to Sandbanks smurf? As said it's just a peninsular of stunningly expensive property that you can drive round in awe but not much else to offer (a good beach and some good restaurants of course), I'm not aware of any B&Bs although there are a couple of very expensive hotels that are on the sea (Sandbanks hotel and the Haven). There are hotels on Poole Quay, which are also expensive, but that is a very very busy area always crawling with tourists. Over the ferry to Studland is a nice idea but if it's real B&B at a reasonable price you probably need to look at inland Poole.
