Channel 5 Footy Show

i have just watched the first section of this new show. i am bitterly disappointed a studio audience whooping and hollering there is no emphasis on the games. i found the bbc version boring but this is terrible. i have decided to watch castle instead. i really miss the kenneth wolstenholme version of presenting sport, i don't think i will be watching C5 footy again not enough actual football!!!!

Has the BBC's Football League Show been scrapped? I notice it isn't on after MOTD. It wasn't perfect, but I'd prefer what it was to some stupid thing with a needless audience.

yes the beeb has lost ch'shp lge1 & lge2 highlights C5 have really messed up i think that they think it is the useless big brother

I agree, it was terrible. But it is very early days and, being the eternal optimist, if there is enough negative feedback about the format, they may bow to pressure and alter it in time. Who was the tall guy giving his 'expert' view on who may, or may not, do well this year? When he was asked about how he thought a particular side would fare - think it was Crawley - he said they couldn't be judged after just one game. Despite having just sent the best part of an hour doing just that with all the other teams:-/

ken i am afraid that C5 never listens to criticism i can't see them changing anything i won't be watching until they do. i think that the football league must be pretty miffed.
