Whats the film?

Remember watching a film about a rainbow and pots of gold and leprechauns and stuff but can't remember what it's called. it had a strange bloke on a white horse and two kids and a dog i think. it's not Darby O'Gill and the little people, finians rainbow or flight of the doves! Please help it's really bugging me!

Peri,  i looked at that on imdb and wondered but the name didn't really ring any bells, anyway have ordered it from play cos its only a fiver so we'll see!

Let me know if it is annie.  I remember 2 kids and a dog and a horse in it but the leprechauns - am not sure.
