Hi, I am struggling with the bottom left corner. 23)across (7) raconteur is not out of place in heart of Louvre U?T?N?? and 25)across) (6) the german accepts charge for bolt cutter ?R?P?? and finally 14)down (5,4) put under legal obligation , that's clear BOUND/???? . Bound over seems right but it makes 23)across end with a V. All answers and explanations will be much appreciated. Kind regards, Jonty
