Such a flag with the colours in that order horizontally definitely does NOT exist in Europe; you can google all flags if you like!

thanks margo tester had looked in very old atlas found yugoslavia but knew that didnt exsist any more but couldnt quite place it others are all red white and blue thanks again

But if you look up Serbia the colours are not in this order!
