What Are Your Minimum Requirements

for a partner?
Attractive, GSOH, sexually compatible, etc are a given. But what else?
My last relationship ended 4 yrs ago and ive been single since. Havnt even bothered looking, if love comes along fine, if it doesnt then fine as well.
However, a close friend of mine has been on literally 100's of internet dates (hes on plenty of fish) in the last few years. He's not a bad looking bloke, did some time in the army, got a degree, something of a socialist and hates discrimination of any kind....However he isnt employed (and never will be due to illness). This appears to be a barrier to him finding a female companion. Im not currently employed either but its not an issue for me as im not advertising myself on Plenty of Fish and couldnt care less what anyone thinks about my employment status but to him its an issue (or rather, to the women who meet him its an issue)
It just appears that 'ladies' have a requirement that their dates be in employment.
1) AB ladies, is this so?
2) AB gents, what are your thoughts?
3) Is there any such thing as love or is it all a case of "whats in it for me"

//I wouldn't date anyone who was unemployed because I know that I would end up being resentful of the fact that my hard work was subsidising them. //
Mmmm, a bit close to home that one. I was with my last partner for 7 years. I had 'bits' of work where I could find it (she had NO work). Then she gained a part time job (permanent) and it all changed. Suddenly I became a layabout, despite the fact that I became a full time dad to her child, did all the houswork etc....last I heard she had a breakdown and couldnt cope......
