Public interest? Thousands of women worshiped the actor Rock Hudson (including my mum!) only to find out that he died from HIV. It seems only his very close friends were aware of the fact during his final months. In his case, as sordid as it was, it was undoubtedly in the public interest.
I suppose if you were some air head groupie who was happy to be counted as one of Charlie Sheen's conquests (allegedly 5,000) and had unprotected sex with him you might like to know if he knowingly passed it on to you.
// Both are related to alcohol and maybe diet //
Really??? Presumably you have not known anyone who had pancreatic cancer?? I have and I can assure you the person concerned did not have a hedonistic lifestyle or otherwise. Alan Rickman was a very private man, sadly the press love celebrities who plaster their lives across the pages so making up stories when they have no evidence is a typical fleet street trick. RIP Alan Rickman. A very good actor and private man.
It was Marshwarble's comment I was referring to Ummmm. Just rattles my chain a little when sweeping statements are made-not yours as noted above.Cancer doesn't care.
