Welcome to Title Builder Beta.

This small piece of kit is designed to make building your Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle question more effective. It should make finding your question easier for others and, the easier it is to find, the more likely someone is to answer it!

To build an easy to find question title simply select the paper and quiz, enter the quiz number if relevant and fill in the Publication Date. Once you’re happy click “Build Title” and the information should populate the Title field. Fill in the final required details of your question as you normally would, and click submit.

As this is a Beta we only have a limited number of papers and quizzes listed. If you think your favourite Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle should be listed here don’t hesitate to contact us.

Remember: You do not have to use the title builder - simply enter the title and question as you normally would and click submit!

I have to compile a Quiz for a Christmas party for the patients (aged between 14 and very old) in our hospital. Where I can find a variety of questions on different topics -intend to include 'trivia' 'entertainment' and maybe an 'adverts' section. Any and all suggestions very gratefully received!

you would be able to borrow books from your local library. i work in a library in the North East & we have a wide range of quiz books

Since it is Christmas how about lines from carols? Everyone must know the first lines of carols - but how about the first line of the second verse? Tape some songs - different eras and they have to give the title of the song or the singer. Tape the themes from some adverts and guess the product. You could do the same for TV programmes. Much more interesting than just reading out questions - and they go further as it takes longer to play the tape than it does to read a question!
