please help me with the title of a film

the film is about a adoption agency who send a courier called lloyd steadman to deliver a baby to his new parents,while he is in the airport he accidently swaps the baby in his car seat with an identical car seat but it has a childs doll in,he does not realise this until he is on the plane and has to explain to the new family that he has lost the baby at the airport,the family and himself have a very unusual christmas and he does cause a few problems,the family do end up with there adoptive son.but they also adopt lloyd in the end as he ends up one of the family...  i would be so greatful if someone knew the title of this film as i am driving my family mad.thanks

The film is called Special Delivery starring Andy Dick made in the year 2000.

thank you very much for the reply to the title of the film.I have drove my family mad trying to find the name,now my next big problem has been to find the film to buy.i have tried ebay,play.com,amazon.com. but no one has a copy....i dont suppose you have any ideas.i would love to see this film again cheers once again nicky
