It's driving me nuts but I can't parse 12 a: 'Delight about honour and support for hotel worker (11)'. I know the answer must be 'Chambermaid' but why?

Thank you to both. I got the aid part but thought honour was just H and just didn't think of honour in that way. Cant believe I couldn't see 'charm' though. Still I can rest easy now. Thanks again.
