I would appreciate clues - NOT answers to the following questions. I appreciate that the setters do not want us to ask for answers, and hope you may be able to guide me to the correct answers.
12 - Left, right and centre when diced
18 - Shark's prey?
37 - Cook produces tea in the garden
44 - Officially treasured by Commonwealth of Massachusetts
45 - Found on safari or found in ivy
59 - Different ending for Troy Tempest's rescuer
63 - Found in bucket ('or maybe bouquet')
64 - Shilpa Shetty, for example
68 - Gem of an island
also 67 which is in a language I can't recognise. Help appreciated.
Answers are mostly cryptic with all answers relating to gems (including organic materials used as gems), items of jewellery or famous jewels.
I have googled Troy Tempest and the person who rescued him (as far as I can see) was Marina, but that hasn't led me to the answer. Thanks you for number 64.
Thank you all for your help.
I've sorted out 44 and 45, thank you scorpiojo and JJ109, but still not sure about some.
67 - the clue on the question sheet is written in a language I don't recognise. I think you would need to see it mallyh.
63 - the programme is Keeping up Appearances, but that still doesn't help me.
Ermeritus - I'll read through the Stingray summaries again, thank you.
68 - will do more research.
