16 anagram citypal, slang for cash
47 put on highest point,dad,pole,Morris

61 can only think second part is pocket, have been through the aunts but cannot find a horse?
16 the anagram can only be typical, cannot find a horse for the second part, found typical Oscar, but cannot see this as cash?
47 the second half has to be dance/r/ing but cannot find first half
