Don't have 251 magazine and you could be right, but 252 is not 107. I've been through the magazine a few times, so will have another go and let you know if I find him.

He is on page 107 in Issue 252, he is at the very bottom of the page on the left hand side beside the pink block.

Pleased I am not the only one who goes through the magazine lots of times before I sometimes find him.
