Blimey if one drops off in front of the telly, it is not just because the programmes are rubbish or because you become bored, it could in fact be worst than you think.

/// Men who get tired in the evening and want an early night could be at risk of heart problems, research suggests. ///

/// The study suggests if a man struggles to keep his eyes open in the evening, or nods off in front of the TV, it might be a warning sign he has high blood pressure – a major risk factor for heart disease. ///

And if you definitely know a person who's blood pressure is spot on, then check with that person on what time they go to bed, because if you go 18 minutes before that person, it could prove serious for you.

/// On average, those with high blood pressure went to bed 18 minutes earlier than those with healthy levels. ///

The rubbish that comes from research is beyond belief.

Absolute tosh, falling asleep is a sign of tiredness which could affect the fittest person.A factor apparently not considered is how long a person has been up.
