For scorpiojo's theory to work for number 2 your final digit would need to be 6 not 8? Which is it?
I'm not clear how the numbers are set out in a square given that there are 11 digits- is it like this?

If it does end in 6 then maybe just square number would work as I don't see where the Times comes from in Times Square
