Hi, can anyone help with these two, answers are pub names

1. Blind mice, petty rogues
2. Bull in bowler hat & heavy, English man's home

1 I have three ? Have been through the list of locals that scorpiojo kindly pointed me to but cannot see anything obvious, it must be a word for a petty rogue that I do not know?
2. Is ? Castle but cannot get the bit about a bull in a bowler hat, have been through all the castle's in the local site but going a bit word blind now.

Any help appreciated Thanks

Evening :)

All I can see for 2 is Elephant & Castle..but I wonder if it's supposed to be John Bull (dog)??
The first may start with Three
1. There's a pub in Halifax called "The Three Monkeys" which kind of fits. Monkey being another word for scoundrel, scamp or rogue.
For 2 I can see the Elephant and the Castle but there must be something else
Three Bucks.
