Saturday. The weekend is here again. Had a bit of aggro accessing Chatterbank this mornig. I've been trying for over an hour. No idea why.

All is calm and still outside, so it's not so chilly this morning. I'll be happy if it stays that way.

My new toy arrived just after noon yesterday. It's so simple to put together I didn't need the idiot guide. Charged it up and got it going. I'm impressed! Very easy to use and I founf it was fluffing up the carpets a bit while it wass sucking up all the dust. Good bit of kit.

My cold is a wee bit better this morning. It was at the stage where coughing hurt, Not coughing so much this morning.

I've found a shop that has TD for £18. Most places it's £22 or £24. They will be seeing more of me!

Table #3 is nearly finished, a day of sanding and staining tomorrow then polishing on Monday. Might start #4 on Wednesday. See whether I feel like it or not.

Progress oz. They look wonderful. I made a telephone table out of bits of scrap metal. I ghot hold of a seat cushion and made the table to suit it.

I start with a rough idea around something and plan as I go, bit like my cooking.

I made a barbie for one of the places where Vera was the warden, out half a 45 gallon oil drum and some bits 1" flat bar I scrounged from an engineering works. They were happy to give it to me when I explained whet it was for. So I invited the boss to the chrisyening barbie. He was delighted and came to see what it's all about. He became a good friend and gave us a lot of help. He providec the steel for two bench type garden seats, I built them in my garage. They are strill there!

Morning All !

Bit late this morning I'm afraid......I suffer from insomnia off and on, and last night wasn't a good one !

I have a free weekend, not having to work today, so if the weather stays dry, Little Willy and I will take off for a walkies somewhere...not sure where, although he likes those damp, leaf-snuffly places, so it probably a wood somewhere.

Of course he will need a bath after that, which is never popular !
