I approve. Globally woman may have a more difficult time generally than men, but in democratic societies things tend to be more equal, and IMO often favour women. If there are things to discuss and debate then there should be the same opportunity for both genders.

Yes I know there is, it is just that it has only recently been formed and there has been criticisms from the females.
