Sorry Mallyh - can't help. The only word that I could think of that goes with both wheel and wine = press. A wheel press and a wine press.
Thats why I tried to get "False Cypress" to fit
Imitate "er"/ugh = false sigh, = false "cy" + press
Very very tenuous though!
