Saturday. Going to be a nice one today, according to yer wee man on the idiot box. I haven't been outside yet, so I can't say. Might get some odds and ends done in the garden, I found some bind weed yesterday, I'll deal with that.

I'm looking forward to this evening, me and snowflakes' mum and dad are going to see Maddie Prior. A lovely voice she has.

Morning all, looks like it going to be a good one & a good weekend, I think with the amount or rain / wind / you name it we deserve a bit, off to Kirby Lonsdale today, it's a known spot of Bikers, " Devils Bridge" we're not into the bikes just going into the village, so have a good one u all.

Beautiful weather here expected today too, hubby is going to cut the grass today whilst I take one of the hounds to a doggy tea party to raise funds for the Serbian Dog rescue that my friends dog came from.
It means that the friendly hound gets to mix with loads of dogs whilst the grumpy hound gets to spend time with hubby his favourite person ever!!

bit sore got waylaid in the garden yesterday..filled the bin..flymowed lawn..brushed and hosed patio...edged lawn ..dug our chipped beds and refilled....8 hours in all..so painting today..woken by smoke alarm at 3.45 am...went off 4 times in the hour...fault somewhere , it is wired in so not batteries...so a bit tired too....

Morning Boaty, yes although I used to pass there every other day with Driving A65 Skipton to Kendal I have never been into the village, we often go for a brew to Devils Bridge in the summer time, this are is well know to bikers, there is a tea trailer there also a river, people do a lot of diving there as one area of the River is deep, it's not far off Settle & the Yorkshire dales a lovely area.
