While our Social care system is close on collapsing, and our NHS and schools need more money being targeted their way, should the UK spend so much on overseas aid?

It's not the foreign aid budget I have objections with ... it is the way it is spent.

According to Karl's premise that we owe the rest of the world........really? Why isn't Rome shelling out billions of Euros? Or Muslim countries doing the same.
