quiz that was sent via email

Can anyone help me?

I used to receive a quiz off employees every week or so, and you had to name the brand of cars, cartoon characters etc.

This was a spreadsheet, and you typed the answer in, and pressed a button to say if it was correct or not.

sorry about being vague, but there must be thousands of people that know what i mean. similar to minipops.
