Bay 1 is 16, bay 2 is 06, bay 3 is 68,bay 4 is 88, bay 5 has a car covering the number and bay 6 is 98. What is the number of bay 5 please?

Whatever an upside down 87 would be, Bay 1 is 91 upside down for example, Bay 2 is 90 upside down, so Bay 5 being between 88 and 86.
