I have been going round in circles trying to
register my nectar card, which I have had for
many years, Is any one else in the same boat
or am I a complete idiot?.
I, too, have had my card for many years but when I put in the number a message told me to telephone Customer Service, which I did - about an hour later, I was told the card no. I gave was not registered to my name!! They also could not find me on the system - I know I had over £100 worth of points - all I was offered was a new card with 1000 points "for the inconvenience"!! I've had the card for years!!! Not happy
I`ve had mine so long i`d forgotten the password, they sent a code to reset it to an obsolete e-mail address, so I registered for a new one problem solved
I had trouble at first by saying I did not know if I was registered. So I went back and said I was registered (from years ago) and they accepted my old number and password and it went straight through without bother.
