I think you'll find it's Peel Island, don't know if it's technically in the Lake District.

If so, seems a better answer than Patterdale- provided Piel island is part of Lake District 'area'- whatever that means

Apologies for misspelling Piel. Not actually in the National Park but as Barrow in Furness is considered to be in the Lakes the Piel Island should be.
