For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.Tilly - have checked further and electric cars do go to charging points or a charge point. Having said that you wouldn't get charged at a Police Station at 'Charge Point', it would be a Charge Room/Desk/Office.
I think the setter may be of the opinion they are called Charge Points.
