We have just come back from a lovely swim the water was crystal clear and warm the sea had a bit of a swell but apart from that it was lovely what I did notice was the amount of germans strutting about the beach bollock naked both men an wimmin I am no prude I have seen it all before it was thier attitude see me I am naked I don't care who sees what I have got, I felt I should have stripped of and said beat that heini but being a modest scot I declined to do so and yes I know that a naked body means different things to people but I think they were just over doing things

Is it a beach you've not been to before? This is a common European practice, every beach I go to on my Menorca summer holidays has loads of nude bathers, often whole families of them. Everybody mixes in clothed and 'textile-free'. Doesn't bother me but I know my husband is uncomfortable with it, so not British!

It wouldn't appeal to me. The body looks better with certain parts covered up.

Prudie it's a beach we go to every day there must have been a flight from Germany as they were not there last week as I said i have seen it all before but this lot seemed a bit over the top

Different culture. I don't have an issue with it. But it might be difficult to resist ogling the ladies for the first 10 to 15 minutes, were I on the beach. (I'd probably get more interested in my paperback after that.)

Heini means "fit" in Welsh. Welsh Heini's are fit, as in athletic and fit generally. They are bright and bouncy too, although given to drinking too much on occasion, and walking oddly when drunk and in heels. In essence, a floozy in a onesie.

It's entirely different and preferable I think. You don't have the same level of body dysmorphia or body shaming amongst teenagers because everyone sees naked bodies at the beach of the sauna etc and knows from an early age that real people come in all shapes and sizes.
