jane1950A: just to say, I've now completed, but the final two I struggled with were among the four you're asking Osirun for clues. I overthought them, and one of them I'd actually worked out straightaway but thought was too 'cheesy' to be correct. Happy to give clues (or answers, if permitted -- not familiar with the site protocols as only an occasional visitor).

There is always the option to not google the answers and thus find forum such as this. The folk at Caboodle don't know how the entrants have found their answers and at the end of the day the winner is a lottery. The answers could be found by surfing Amazon Books or any other book-listing sites. No point in being self-righteous about where one finds the answers.
