Brad Pitt is filming 'The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford', I only heard about this film yesterday.

Anyway, i went to help sort my late dad's belongings at the house tonight, and my sister had put all the books and videos in a box ready for me, anyway, i have just looked thru it and there is a book by Ron Hansen written in 1977 called, The Assassination of Jesse james by the Coward Robert Ford!!!!!!! Coincidence or What!!!!!!!!!!!!

For those who didn't know: Jessie James apparently gave Robert Ford one of his guns, and Robert Ford shot Jessie James with that same gun.

The dirty little coward who shot Mr. Howard, laid poor Jessie in the grave.

I think the song is called The Ballad of Jessie James.

Ford shot James in the back, and was later killed by another gang member himself. But don't go thinking that James was a saint who only shot baddies after giving them a chance to draw; he was a violent thief and a killer. Words to the old song here
