Good morning everyone - and quite a nice one it is, too.....sunny, light breeze, no threat of anything before Wednesday when it will be 35c ..and that I can do without. ,!!!

Just to say I’ll be thinking of you. I’ve been through the radiation part of it and it is gruelling and tiring. There’s a line in a little film called ‘we’re all going on a bear hunt’. Every time they get to an obstacle they say ‘we can’t get over it, we can’t get under it, we’ll just have to go through it.’ I find it a useful mantra. All the best.
