I cannot answer any clues at all. Finding this crossword, that I have done for years, increasingly difficult.
11A Supervisor in favour of returning call. Is it Foreman? If so why?
12A Burden quietly accepted by old journalists. Is it Ratpack? I can see that burden could be pack but hat about the rest of it? How does it scan?

FINALLY VERY IMPORTANT. How do I thank the people who try to help me. I don't know where to click. Tried REPORT but that seems just for unpleasant reports.
