I forgot to get the egg whites out of the freezer last night. How long do you reckon they will take to defrost if I don't put them in the fridge? There are 4 whites.

I have never heard of anyone keeping eggs in a freezer !
Not long.

Egg whites freeze incredibly well in the freezer. It saves wasting them if only using the yolks.

Cheers for that, Dougie ;)
Mikey...its what you do when you've used the yolks and want to save the whites.

Put the container in cold water to speed up the process.

Thanks, Eccles. They've thawed now, just waiting for them to reach room temp. Then the whisking shall commence.
