Okay, thanks. I can't see Soft Cell being right then. Foam could be soap or head but I can't think of the other word. The only 4,4 I can think of don't seem to match the clue - Soft Cell, Blue Mink, Four Aces, Take That, Talk Talk, Five Star, Four Tops , Meat Loaf

Meat Loaf is an anagram of LATE FOAM though
