"city" Quiz

I'm doing a quiz where all the answers pertain to a city , sometimes very loosely .Each clue gives the initial letters of the answer, the city and the category it falls into. Eg: SO----(RM) Category: Entertainment , city : Oxford = Streets Of (London) (Ralph Mctell) The category Entertainment is very broad and could be a song, film, TV show, place of entertainment , an entertainer etc
Can anyone help me with this one : SBH,NN-T

I think Catmist has omitted the City that is the clue.

I think it was just a typo--catmist meant London (Oxford must have been an answer to a different question)

The example should have been : SO----(RM) City: London. Category :Entertainment = "Streets of ........

So the clue I have asked for help on is :
SBH,NN-T. city : Oxford category : Entertainment

Does the dash in NN-T represent a missing word (like the 4 dashes for London) or is it just a hyphen in this one?

Stormzy was born in 1993 but that was in Croydon not Oxford. Is the clue definitely about Oxford?

Croydon isn't a city though so maybe I'm on the wrong track
