Gisèle Pelicot - Husband Jailed...

I have a mother cat and two three week old kittens. On the kittens, I have noticed that they have tiny bugs crawling all their hind legs and tails. I have not noticed them on the mother cat. They do not appear to be itchy. The bugs are oblong and darker color. I have tried bathing them in warm water, but they just don't die. How can I treat my kittens and what kind of bugs are they?

This will kill the bugs and also the worms in the kitten's intestine, which are spread by the bugs. You should do this immediately. Then, every six months or so, you should get a little phial of FRONTLINE from the vet. This is a liquid that you put on the back of the kitten's neck. This will stop the bugs from coming back. Get this seen to as soon as possible because the bugs and the worms will make your kitten very ill if you don't do something about it.
