Trailer For Itv Show

A few times recently on ITV, including during Marcella tonight, I've caught a snippet of a trailer for a programme about people whose dreams/come true- eg someone who wants to walk again. Can anyone tell me what the programme is please? (I'm trying to remember the song they use in the trailer.)

The thing is that, all the trailers actually show some of what has been accomplished in a year. WHY DO THEY DO THIS???? Grrrrr.

I recognised it but kept forgetting the tune/words minutes later and google lyric searches couldn't find it based on the lyrics I thought I'd remembered

I'm a bit dopey here - how do they organise this - you walk into one door and out the other. If it takes a year to make I maybe recall Davina is wearing the same dress - also is it a different audience. Sorry for being dim.

Your Answer...I'd been searching on "do you wanna show me how" which gave lots of incorrect suggestions but the lyrics are actually "do you want to show me how"- which found it straight away
